The institute

A studio floor
that happens
to teach.

FIKCIJA is built around a simple belief: creative craft is learned by making, reviewing, revising and making again.

Why we exist

Less classroom.
More studio.

Students do not learn creative work by memorising a software menu. They learn by responding to briefs, managing deadlines, showing unfinished work and using precise feedback to improve it.

Every course moves from foundations to guided production and then to portfolio work that can be discussed honestly in an interview or client meeting.

What shapes the experience

The work is
the curriculum.

One connected learning system across animation, design, video, web, 3D and marketing.

02

Critique as a habit

Feedback is specific, repeatable and applied directly to the file—not saved for the end.

03

Portfolio-first grading

Progress is measured through stronger work, cleaner decisions and a more confident presentation.

04

Cross-discipline practice

Editors, designers, animators and marketers learn how their work connects inside a real pipeline.

05

Open studio culture

Creative skill needs repetition, room to experiment and the freedom to make an imperfect first pass.

Faculty

Still working.
Still learning.

Mentors bring current production decisions, constraints and standards back into the studio.
